Personal Shopper

With the built-in Personal Shopper service, staff members can prepare digital baskets for customers right on the shop floor. They have all necessary tools to find available sizes and colors, matching items, custom discounts, adding carry out bags, among other features.

Once the customer is satisfied, a variety of checkout options are available to complete the purchase directly on the staff device. No need for customers to stand in line and the personal shopper can secure the sale on the spot. 


No More Out-of-Stock

If a desired item is out of stock, the staff member can assist in ordering it from another store.

The shopper then has the option to have the product shipped to their home address or to pick it up in-store.

Customers have multiple options to pay for their purchases directly through the staff's device. They can pay with Swish, by scanning a QR code, or use our tap2pay feature, which supports credit card payments via NFC. This allows customers to tap their card directly on the store’s device, eliminating the need for separate card terminals or attached card readers.

Additionally, customers can use their own mobile phones to complete payments. By simply scanning a QR code on the staff device, the online shopping cart is transferred to their phone. Payments can then be completed using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit card, providing a flexible and hassle-free checkout experience.
